Support ALFAPARF Group, the Italian leader in Beauty and Cosmetics, in the reorganisation of its commercial and distribution capabilities in the Middle East and Africa region

The Client

ALFAPARF Group is the Italian leader in Beauty and Cosmetics. The Group manufactures and distributes Hair coloration, Hair care, Make-Up and Skincare products, in the Professional channel (Hair salons and Beauty centres) and the Retail channel (Drugstores, Pharmacies, Selective perfumeries and Department Stores)

The Group has five production plants (Italy, Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela and Argentina, the latter operative since 2013) and approximately 1,300 employees, of which 400 are based in Italy. ALFAPARF Group is present in over 80 countries through a network of  20 fully owned subsidiaries and 150 distributors

The Group has a portfolio of 11 brands and has generated a global turnover of 230 ME in 2016
